Investigators had previously said the victim was on their way home from the Dalhousie LRT station at about 1 a.m. on Feb. 1 when they were followed and sexually assaulted. The suspect fled after a witness intervened. Diatezija has also been charged with sexual assault and criminal harassment related to a Nov. 26 incident during which a teen was groped at a Forest Lawn bus stop.Share this Story:
