A man is fighting for life and four children have been injured in an alleged road rage incident in Wantirna South. 7NEWS
As they turned onto Stud Rd and then onto Burwood Highway, the station wagon allegedly collided with a third car, a silver Toyota Rav4.The Toyota flipped onto the centre median strip and the 52-year-old driver was critically injured and remains in hospital.
There were four children aged between 17 years and five months old in the Ford station wagon and all suffered non-life-threatening injuries.The driver of the Ford, a 43-year-old Mooroolbark man, has been charged with dangerous driving causing a serious injury.The driver of the Mitsubishi ute, another 43-year-old man, was charged with conduct endangering life and dangerous driving causing a serious injury and has also been bailed to appear in court on Thursday.
