It was said to have happened just before 2 a.m. when patrol officers conducted a traffic safety stop in the west end of capital city. The driver was issued tickets for operating an unregistered vehicle and failing to transfer ownership. Officers recognized the male passenger, who had been wanted on outstanding warrants. The male passenger requested to get out of the vehicle, but when he did, he became combative with officers.
