A male, 31, was arrested by police at the home at Casino in the northern rivers region and taken back to Lismore Police station, he said.“The delay in the timing of police acknowledging that call and attending the scene has given me enough concern that I’ve asked for an independent review of this investigation.”
The investigation will be conducted by the Tweed Byron police district, and reviewed by the Professional Standards Command.
