Flores-Bebington faces one charge of assault and one count of uttering threats in relation to an incident on Oct. 2 whereHe is also charged with two counts of sexual assault after women said they were assaulted July 6 on the escalator at the Granville SkyTrain station and on July 7 on Broadway and Ash Street.Article content. On Friday, police said he was released from custody having met requirements for bail.
He is also banned from a large chunk of downtown Vancouver, in the area bounded by Thurlow Street to the west, Pender Street to the north, Homer Street to the east, and Pacific Boulevard to the south.
