A white Jaguar and blue Mitsubishi Lancer had collided and the man, 58, was seen allegedly fleeing the crash scene.Police confirmed a male constable suffered serious lacerations to the left wrist which allegedly occurred during the arrest.A 48-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the Jaguar, was found with multiple stab wounds.Police allege she was stabbed in the moments leading up to the crash, which is why he was driving so erratically.
