Aimed to enhance the safety of tourists in Sabah, the parties include local authorities such as land transport and marine agencies, marine parks, police and tour operators. Daily Express Malaysia MTF President Datuk Tan Kok Liang said the federation is taking serious measures to prevent any future mishaps.
He said the recent fatal incidents involving tourists raised alarming concerns, prompting swift action from the Federation.
