Malaysia calls on Non-Aligned Movement states to uphold Palestine stance

Malaysia’s statement was presented by Foreign Minister Zambry Abdul Kadir during the NAM Ministerial Committee on Palestine, held in Azerbaijan, yesterday, said the Foreign Ministry. “It also condemns the increasing number of illegal settlements in Palestine and the actions of the Israeli regime that undermine international law, including humanitarian laws and human rights,” the statement said.
The statement said Malaysia regrets the recent incident in Jenin, which involved the killing of Palestinian civilians by the Israeli regime.
