MAJORITY of Filipinos want the Commission on Elections to continue the use of automated voting system in future elections.
In an election survey presentation on Wednesday, Pulse Asia said that 9 out of 10 Filipinos or 91 percent said that they would like to see automated voting in future polls. In the same presentation, it also showed that 87 percent of Filipinos were satisfied with the automated polling system or the use of vote counting machines , while 84 percent trusted the results.
Survey also showed that 94 percent described the just concluded polls as orderly, while 83 and 82 percent noted the speed and credibility of the results.
