Herald Sun business commentator Terry McCrann says the Albanese government basically promised they had a “magic wand” which could solve everything.
“It was captured in a $275 promise to cut power prices – it’s the sickest joke we’ve ever seen, politically,” he told Sky News host Amanda Stoker.
“They promised a magic wand, there is no magic wand, there’s only going to be more pay, I think pretty much for the foreseeable future.”
