The MACC are locating Muhyiddin’s son-in-law to assist in a corruption and embezzlement case.
In the press release, the MACC revealed the names of the two men, Muhammad Adlan bin Berhan and Mansoor bin Saat, with the former being the son-in-law of former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. The MACC added that they have tried to contact the two individuals and their lawyers, but all parties have refused to cooperate.Along with the details of the two men’s last address, MACC also revealed that Adlan and Mansoor fled the country in May with no record of reentry.
Muhyiddin has yet to comment on the press release, however, Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil has spoken about the news while at an event, saying that Muhyiddin should come forward to assist the agency over his son-in-law’s whereabouts.
