The #UpdateInfo X account recently showcased a video of a vehicle with a driver and disabled passenger. Throughout the video, the driver can be seen struggling to get a wheelchair to the disabled passenger, who was seated in the front passenger seat, due to motorcycles that were parked inside and around an OKU parking space.
After taking out the wheelchair from the trunk of the car, the driver of the car couldn’t push the wheelchair to the passenger as another motorcycle was blocking the way.
