They continuously monitor 30, 40, or 50 companies to stay in touch with the market. Financially, Arduini sees the company well-prepared for acquisitions since the cash flow is stable and the leverage is low. Currently, the net debt is 2.4 times earnings before interest, taxes, and depreciation.
