“As soon as it was completed, staged and photos were done, all of a sudden, showings really took off,” said agent Christopher Vincent. “New construction generally does sell for a premium over resale [properties], but our inventory levels in the area are also so low right now. And the market has remained relatively steady, so we’ve shifted back to a more seasonal market.”Sticks and Stones Custom Homes built two side-by-side four-bedroom houses with attached double garages and rear family rooms with exits to 25- by 130-foot grounds.
