Lumpia Queen Abi Marquez appeared on 'Lutong Bahay' and recounted her experience cooking Beef Wellington lumpia for renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. She revealed how Ramsay's initial dismissive comment made her nervous, only to later praise her dish, calling it 'f — love it!'
"Lumpia Queen" Abi Marquez guested on Friday's " Lutong Bahay " where she shared about her experience cooking Beef Wellington lumpia for famed chef Gordon Ramsay and the prank that made her nervous.In the episode, Mikee Quintos and Kuya Dudut raided Abi's refrigerator, where they found bags of mushrooms which Abi used in her Beef Wellington lumpia recipe.
"As in, one take lahat, so meron akong uncut version. Talagang pinakaba niya 'ko," she said, noting that she will be releasing the uncut version of their video as well.According to Abi, Gordon isn't scary in person, "Hindi, mabait siya. Nakakatakot lang pag tinikman na niya 'yung luto mo.""'Yung ginawa niya sa 'yo parang madalas niyang gawin sa mga shows, pero parang nabiktima pa siya," quipped Kuya Dudut.
