Charges for trafficking in fentanyl and obstructing a police officer have been laid against two Lower Mainland residents, based on a November investigation by the Campbell River Street Crimes Unit.A trial date is pending for Parmvir Dhaliwal and Gurvinder Deo.
Dhaliwal was also determined to have multiple arrest warrants in the Lower Mainland at the time he was taken into custody.
