As a result, the benchmark price in Okotoks still gained nearly seven per cent to reach $539,000 in January. Airdrie sales fell 42 per cent year over year with supply up nearly 160 per cent to 1.63 months. The benchmark price grew about eight per cent to $480,200. Chestermere sales dropped 42 per cent, while supply increased 349 per cent to 3.76 months. The benchmark grew by nearly six per cent to $614,800.
