Vice President Sara Duterte accompanied Senator Imee Marcos, who marked her 67th birthday by holding several activities in Davao City, her bailiwick on Saturday, Nov. 12.

Duterte said there were 135 beneficiaries from Davao de Oro who received the CLOA while 2,638 beneficiaries from other parts of the region were given their Computerized Titles. Duterte, together with Marcos, also visited a Davao-based intervention facility that houses abused girls.In a separate Facebook post, the official shared that the welfare intervention facility in Cabantian, Davao City currently takes care of 47 young girls who were victims of abuse.

“Sa aking mensahe, ipinaabot ko sa mga kabataan ang kahalagahan ng edukasyon sa kabilang kinabukasan — na sa kabila ng kanilang mapait na karanasan, kailangan nilang magpursige at lumaban para ito malampasan at magkaroon ng isang magandang buhay ,” she wrote.Marcos, accompanied by Duterte, went to Barangay 19-B in Davao City, where she distributed “nutribuns” and vegetables for Moro people.
