Gerald Anderson: Actor, basketball player—and now an Army reservist.
Gerald Anderson has added another title to his name as he joined the Philippine Army reserve forces after completing Scout Ranger training in Bulacan.
Anderson, together with fellow network stars Elmo Magalona, Yves Flores, Jerome Ponce, and Nash Aguas, were conferred the rank of private on Friday, following a rigorous three-day training course. The actors' training were reportedly part of preparations for an upcoming show. LOOK: Gerald Anderson and fellow actors have officially finished their training with Scout Rangers in preparation for an upcoming television series.
