Loke: ShahAlam LRT Line (LRT3) Expected To Start Operations By March 2025
, which is also known as Light Rail Transit 3 , is expected to start operations by March 2025, transport minister Anthony Loke said during a site visit at the Johan Setia Depot in Selangor yesterday. Progress for the construction of the new line is being carried out briskly, and has so far reached 86% completion – including other works such as the signalling system, he added.
In case you missed it, LRT3 was first announced in 2016 and originally had a total of 26 stations planned. However, it was later revised to only consist of 20 stops, which also includes two interchange stations that allow passengers to switch over to different train lines .For your reference, below are the list of stations operating along the upcoming line:
