Want to live in a Toronto hotel for $2,900 per month? Bisha Hotel one-plus-den sells image of ‘opulence’ Apartments in west Toronto are going for about $2,600 per month. GTAHomeHunt by _manuelavega
Located in the Bisha Hotel at 88 Blue Jays Way, this one-bedroom-plus-den condo apartment provides “luxury living at its finest,” according to the listing on Kijiji. The hotel unit offers skyline views; a restaurant with a Michelin-starred chef, poolside brunch and a Parisian cafe; plus a rooftop lounge with an infinity pool — set against a backdrop of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario.
The average price for a one-bedroom or one-plus-den in the hotel is also much higher than the west end’s average, at about $2,850, Litchmore said. The size is also a factor. Litchmore pointed out that the unit’s layout is relatively spacious, covering 619 square feet, according to the listing. That being said, the apartment will likely go for $2,900 or close to that, he added, rather than getting a higher bid.
At One King West Hotel, for instance, the one-bedroom condo apartments are generally smaller, Litchmore said. However, even when comparing similar-sized units, the prices at One King West are much less expensive.
