According to the DOE, the following are the permitted range of price adjustments per liter for the week starting June 30:Diesel - Rollback of up to P1.16 or hike of up to P0.84The actual price adjustments will vary per fuel retailer, and will take effect on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, as follows:“Basically it shows that the prices are… kumakalma na ‘yung merkado internationally and then the prices are starting to calm down also. Hindi siya 'yung parang dati na may P10, P20 na increase or rollback na P10,” DOE Secretary Sharon Garin said in a virtual briefing.
“It’s settling na nearer to the number hopefully na pakonti-konti may bawas nang bawas na sana umabot tayo ng pre-war prices,” she added. According to Garin, the permitted range takes into account the premium, insurance, transport expenses, and cost of goods which vary per company, and consumers can choose which stations offer the best deals.
“Kada company may iba-ibang trader, ibang presyo din bili nila depende kung saang bansa nila ‘yan kinuha. May iba ring presyo sila sa transportation. Iba ‘yung price nila eh, depende sa sites, saan mo kinuha, kung gaano kalaki ‘yung order mo,” she said in a virtual briefing. Latest available data from the DOE show that the country’s total fuel inventory was worth 41.16 days as of June 26, 2026 — gasoline at 42.19 days, diesel at 37.66 days, kerosene at 212.41 days, jet fuel at 70.83 days, fuel oil at 27.87 days, and liquefied petroleum gas at 35.75 days.
Firms last week rolled back prices per liter of gasoline by P1.90 to P3.90, diesel by P9.00 to P9.10, and kerosene by P9.80 to P11.00. This brought year-to-date adjustments to a net increase of P43.12 per liter for gasoline, P30.71 per liter for diesel, and P27.50 per liter for kerosene as of June 23, 2026.
