Lima sekolah di Johor masih belum beroperasi
BATU PAHAT: Sebanyak lima buah sekolah di negeri ini masih tidak dapat beroperasi sepenuhnya pada hari pertama sesi persekolahan 2023/2024 berikutan banjir yang belum surut.
Pengarah Pendidikan Johor, Md. Said Md. Daimon berkata, tiga sekolah di Batu Pahat ialah Sekolah Kebangsaan Sri Mendapat, SK Tanjung Sembrong dan SK Sri Nasib Baik. Menurutnya, dua buah sekolah di Segamat dijangka mula beroperasi esok selepas disahkan selamat oleh Jabatan Kerja Raja , manakala tiga sekolah di Batu Pahat, laluannya masih digenangi air.
Katanya, proses pembersihan sekolah masih lagi dilakukan dan pihaknya sedang menyusun jadual sukarelawan yang akan membantu.
