This is a park I’ve visited with my pup and barking isn’t the biggest noise issue in the area. It’s a busy, bustling part of town with lots of traffic, construction and other noise drowning out any noise created by dogs. My Sun colleague Jack Boland visited the park and spoke to users on Wednesday, including Leah McDonough who lives next to the park and doesn’t hear the noise. Like most sensible people she mocked the sign.
