Facing the pressure to back down, Premier Doug Ford said on Monday that he is looking for a compromise that will make all sides happy but explained what the driving force behind the change was — calls from farmers.Article content The other issue that has been raised with him, he said, was that increasingly, farm operations rely on migrant workers who fly in for the agriculture season each year, but they have no place to house the workers and no ability to build housing for them.
