The edible parts of the crown are the giant ruby on the front and sapphire on the back, crafted from tempered sugar isomalt and fondant icing. She sculpted His Majesty's head from Rice Krispies and marshmallows before constructing his face using modelling chocolate 'This lifelike detail is so important for me, especially when we are talking about the King and I can't wait for people to see it close up.'
