Pamphlets have been distributed across the south-west Sydney seat of Holsworthy containing unverified statements of Liberal candidate Tina Ayyad.

Tina Ayyad is a former Liverpool councillor and deputy mayor and the wife of Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun. Ms Gibbons, who has represented south-west Sydney for 12 years, has since been nominated to run in Kiama, south of Sydney. Liberal member for Holsworthy Tina Ayyard says she is saying strong in the face of the smear campaign."My focus is on continuing to advocate for the community, namely in these uncertain economic times ahead.""The Electoral Commission has been made aware of the material that's floating around as have the police and they're doing that investigation.
