Re: ‘Mayor criticized for lack of leadership skills,’ Cape Breton Post letter to the editor, Oct. 10.

In this letter listed above, he certainly demonstrates his former caustic approach to the issues in which he had been involved while serving as a councillor in the CBRM. When Hall left Cape Breton and took up residency in Halifax, he decided he would run for mayor of the Halifax Regional Municipality. This resulted in a CBC media report which highlighted some of the issues that created problems for Hall in CBRM.
