Vice President Leni Robredo said on Sunday Congress’ non-renewal of ABS-CBN franchise is far from over.
Robredo said it is the Filipino people who can say whether or not the lawmakers were fair and impartial on their decision regarding the ABS-CBN franchise.
“Iyon ang nakakapanghina ng tuhod. Hindi lang tuhod pero ng buong katawan kapag sinasabi na desisyon ng taong bayan ,” she said. There were only 11 lawmakers who voted to give ABS-CBN a franchise while two inhibited and one abstained.
