MELBOURNE, March 30 ― Charles Leclerc cautioned today against expecting any “miracles” from Ferrari at the Australian Grand Prix, in stark contrast to last year when he was the runaway winner.
“I think clearly our performance is not as good as last year but we are working massively to try and come back to the front,” he continued. Ferrari were not only comprehensively beaten by both Red Bulls in Saudi Arabia two weeks ago, but also outpaced by Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso and both Mercedes.While Ferrari have been competitive in qualifying, they have been unable to convert the form to race day, an issue that has frustrated Leclerc.
