This learner driver will have to wait quite a bit longer to get their provisional licence. Officers from The Hills Highway Patrol pulled over a 24-year-old learner driver on November 11, 2024 in Castle Hill, Sydney, after allegedly detecting his Tesla Model 3 travelling at 119km/h in a 60km/h zone. After being pulled over and asked why he was speeding, the driver allegedly replied, “I am on my way to do my test.
