Mark Giordano made news at the National Hockey League trade deadline a year ago.
Leafs general manager Kyle Dubas got his biggest move out of the way last week when he acquired forwards Ryan O’Reilly and Noel Acciari from the St. Louis Blues.
“We have a lot of confidence in our group and as individuals,” Morgan Rielly said. “We like our personnel a lot. We’re going to continue to push each other to be better. “We have eight guys who are playing great and can step in and play, we have shown that all year,” Giordano said. “You’re going to need that down the stretch and throughout playoffs. , I think we have really a good room for guys to come into and feel comfortable.”
