Lakeridge Health is introducing a three-year plan for advancing mental health and substance use care in the region.will allow them to transform how they plan and deliver services, providing clients with the right services, from the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

“All a person needs to do is put their hand up and say ‘I need help’,” she explained. “And in the system, we have a process that says ‘we’ve got you’.” “This collaborative strategy reflects our deep partnerships with other agencies and groups, as well as clients, patients, and families in their journeys of care,” explained Bannon.

“These collaborations are facilitating smoother transitions and faster connections to appropriate services and helping to create a supportive continuum of care for clients,” said Bannon.
