CEBU CITY, Philippines -- Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella, through City Legal Officer Rey Gealon, has ordered the lifting of the lockdown in Sitio Cabajar in Barangay Guadalupe on Friday, May 15,

Health authorities from Cebu City have start pulling out COVID-19 patients in Barangay Guadalupe in this April 25, 2020 photo courtesy of Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella.

There are 39 families in the sitio and they are now free to go around within the confines of the barangay .
