Kos RM26 juta bangun semula flat Tuta, kata exco Johor FMTNews FMTBerita
Exco Johor Mohd Jafni Md Shukor, berharap kerajaan pusat menyediakan peruntukan khas memandangkan 70% Perbadanan Pengurusan flat awam berdepan masalah pungutan caj penyelenggaraan.
Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan negeri, Mohd Jafni Md Shukor, berkata flat mempunyai 44 blok berkenaan yang berusia lebih 40 tahun itu perlu diselenggara kerana mempunyai pelbagai masalah. “Pilihan kedua pula, kita lakukan rejuvinasi, kita roboh sebahagian flat dan bina baharu. Kalau pembangunan semula ia boleh bertahan 40 tahun akan datang, jika keluar kos RM1.8 juta untuk satu blok sahaja, kemungkinan akan bocor dari segi perpaipan dan sebagainya serta rosak lagi,” katanya menurut Bernama.
“Untuk projek perintis di blok tersebut mungkin bermula pada Oktober depan dan jangka siap hujung tahun ini. Apabila siap, projek perintis ini akan menjadi sampel kepada kerajaan dari segi berapa banyak belanja dikeluarkan untuk satu blok dengan 72 unit, jadi adakah dengan perbelanjaan ini ia berbaloi atau sebaliknya,” katanya.
