“Dron serangan bawah air nuklear ini boleh digunakan di mana-mana pantai dan pelabuhan atau ditarik oleh kapal untuk operasi. Suruhanjaya Tentera Pusat Parti Pekerja Korea Utara menyifatkan latihan itu sebagai amaran kepada musuh mengenai kemungkinan krisis nuklear sebenar dan mengesahkan kebolehpercayaan pasukan nuklear untuk mempertahankan diri.
