Koltan, a four-year-old Labrador retriever, will soon be providing emotional support to stressed workers at E-Comm.

Koltan the yellow Labrador retriever will soon be working full-time providing therapeutic love at E-Comm.

“There are a bunch of different ways that he can work,” Doherty said about Koltan. “This morning, we’re watching him visit staff. Staff can also request time with him and go have a walk if they’ve had a particularly difficult call.”Doherty said Koltan and Gifford will be working a variety of shifts at the 24-hour, seven day a week operation to see which ones are most effective.
