Responding to a question from the Member of Parliament for Kota Belud, Isnaraissah Munirah Majlis at the Dewan Rakyat today, Nie Ching also revealed that Celcom Axiata Berhad was fined RM50,000 for failing to comply with wireless broadband service quality standards in Sabah. Moreover, the KKD Deputy Minister asserted that feedback and complaints on the quality of services and telecom network can be made through the MCMC complaints portal here.
