Weihers committed the offence in Morristown on Feb. 18. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Weihers gave blood alcohol readings of 260 and 260. On Sept. 29, Judge Ronda Van Der Hoek handed Oickle a conditional discharge with one year of probation on the two charges. Tilli committed the offence in Kingston on July 4, 2020. A charge of operating a conveyance while prohibited was dismissed on Oct. 3.James Ryan-Bush, 24, of Windsor, has been fined for having a blood alcohol concentration that was equal to or exceeded the legal limit within two hours of ceasing to operate a conveyance.
A charge of operating a conveyance while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol was withdrawn on Oct. 4.Justin Eldred James Haayer, 37, of Auburn, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for committing two offences.
