Patterson committed the offences in Kingston between Sept. 23 and Dec. 2, 2020; and in Greenwood on May 24, July 2, and July 6, 2021. Gregory committed the offence in Wolfville on Nov. 3, 2019. Several other charges against Gregory were dismissed on Feb. 8. They include three more counts of assault; a charge of using a weapon, beer cans, in committing an assault; committing mischief by damaging an individual’s coffee table and lamp; and uttering a threat to cause bodily harm or death to an individual.
A charge of operating a conveyance while her ability to do so was impaired to any degree by alcohol or a drug or both was withdrawn on Feb. 8.John Harold Gilks, 45, of Lawrencetown, has been fined for operating a conveyance while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol. Haldane pleaded guilty to the charge on Feb. 10. Judge Ronda Van Der Hoek fined Haldane $1,000 and imposed a one-year driving prohibition against her.
Hudson pleaded guilty to the charge on Feb. 8. Judge Christopher Manning handed Hudson a suspended sentence with six months of probation.Brysin Michel Laroche-Fudge, 22, of Kentville, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for committing mischief by willfully damaging an individual’s property to a value not exceeding $5,000; and for failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking.
