King Charles has been forced to exclude the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from his upcoming birthday celebrations due to the soured relations between the pair and the royal family.
Buckingham Palace has remained tight-lipped and failed to confirm whether the Sussexes will attend the King’s Birthday Parade.
He added the source told him: “I’m afraid it’s a reflection of the state of relations at the moment”. King Charles and his wife Queen Camilla will be joined by only a dozen working royals on the Buckingham Palace balcony, contrasting Queen Elizabeth's traditionally crowded platform. Her parade coincided with her Platinum Jubilee celebrations, which was one of her final royal duties before she died in September.
