A full house at Belleville’s Empire Theatre insured a record breaking fundraising effort for the Children’s Safety Village Sunday afternoon.
The annual show, which sees a variety of performances by young people, raised over $112,000. for the Safety Village and its programming. The organization is currently raising money for a new facility in Belleville’s Hillcrest Park which is now under redevelopment.
