Caleb Medicraft hit a two-run double to make it 6-5 Kentville before Doug Hassell hit a two-run home run to left field. Kyle Armsworthy added a two-run double to complete the scoring in the inning.
Medicraft, who started, allowed five runs on nine hits in four innings. He walked three, hit a batter and struck out three. Brett McGinnis struck out one and walk one in a scoreless seventh. Starter Bailey McDonald allowed four runs on three hits, four walks and hit a batter in 4 1/3 innings. He struck out two.
