'Thank you 2024 for bringing my mama and I together again… Perfect way to close another year. Love you dear God, your timing is really beautiful! Forever yours, my mama,' KC wrote in the caption. Earlier, KC also said that she was 'ending the year right' by having a meaningful conversation with her mother.
In a December 2023 episode of 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,' Sharon revealed that the Dear Heart concert was only the second time she saw KC that year, following a January encounter.
