At the end of the '50s when Fidel Castro came to power, one of the first things he did was shut down mob-run casinos.The only other people in the world that wanted Castro out as much as the mafia was the CIA.They hired Roselli to assassinate Castro. Most of Victory where Rosie lived was lifeless. The kids had all grown up and moved away. People were aging.
Roselli had never become a U.S. citizen and they tried to deport him back to Italy, like they did with Tortora, but Italy wouldn’t take him. He was out of prison in 1972.
