Ang Calabarzon, Central Luzon, ug ang National Ca­pital Region adunay pinakadaghan nga enrol­lees nga adunay 2,811,458; 2,216,637; ug 2,185,237 ka mga estudyante, matag usa.Ang Cordillera region adunay labing gamay nga enrollees nga adunay 242,437 ka mga estudyante, gisundan sa Mimaropa nga adunay 432,966 lamang.
