Kamala Harris is like a two-year-old “learning how to speak” when the Vice-President gets so happy, she can think of her next sentence, author and energy expert Alex Epstein says.
“She is so satisfied if she can just think of one sentence that is not going to embarrass her,
except in this case, all those sentences should embarrass her,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
