A young man residing in Sydney has rated the city the worst holiday destination in Australia, saying it had close to nothing on offer compared to other tourist hotspots.
Comedian and podcaster Will Gibb, who has lived in the harbourside metropolis his entire life, admitted Sydney had “the best beaches in the world” but little tourism appeal outside of that.

If I were to come to Sydney for a holiday, holy f*** would it suck." “Melbourne's cool. If I go to Melbourne, I know what I'm getting - a really cool city, layout, nightlife and coffee.
“Second thing, I look at Queensland, Gold Coast, you know. Big s*** holes but at least you know what you're going for. You go there and you’re like this is awesome. It's like the Dubai of Australia. It's fake but it's fun.“You can get McDonald’s or you can get ‘go f*** yourself’, delivered fast. Most of the time it’s a go f*** yourself.”
