“Kediaman berharga dalam lingkungan RM500,000 hingga RM1 juta mencatat jumlah tidak terjual tertinggi sebanyak 9,323 unit bernilai RM6.29 bilion atau 33.6% daripada keseluruhan kediaman siap dibina yang tidak terjual. “Ada hartanah di bawah RM300,000 yang masih banyak tidak terjual dan ini sebenarnya memberi peluang untuk membeli hartanah mampu milik,” katanya.
