The Court of Appeal was informed of the application to adjourn the matter through a letter last month.
Her lawyer Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader said the application was to vacate the appeal hearing that has already been fixed for July 11."The application will be done in open court at the Court of Appeal," he said when contacted on Tuesday .
He said the postponement is to give way to Rosmah's other appeal at the Federal Court in her bid to disqualify the fiat obtained by the late Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram.On June 22, the Court of Appeal dismissed Rosmah's appeal for leave to initiate judicial review in her challenge against Sri Ram.
